I understand that life happens and plans sometimes need to change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours of your appointment: 50% of the booked service total will be charged to the card on file. Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment or no-shows: 100% of the booked service total will be charged to the card on file. By booking an appointment, you agree to this cancellation policy and authorize the applicable fee to be charged to the card on file.
